• Tickets & Reservations: Event tickets must be purchased through approved platforms listed on our Site. Availability is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Event Participation: You are responsible for arriving on time and following all event guidelines. We reserve the right to remove anyone engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior.

• Event Tickets: All event ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. In cases of event cancellation or rescheduling, ticket holders will be offered a refund or transfer option.
• Workshops & Services: Refunds for classes, workshops, or services are subject to the policy listed at checkout. Typically, cancellations within 24–48 hours of the event or session are non-refundable.
