In efforts to address topics that affect me without making myself the main character…

Nutrition has always been my ultimate support system, fueling my goals, ambitions, and overall physical and mental health. I feel such a shift in my energy when I’m eating the right things for my body vs. wrong or not enough of the good stuff. For this reason, I’ve always had high standards and been conscious of wanting to know what my food is made of, where it’s from, etc…

In some ways, I feel like I stumbled upon this approach by accident. But in other ways I feel like I worked extremely hard to get here, testing everything else out there before reaching a point of slight burnout. It feels a bit silly to look back and realize “the answer” was directly in front of me (and all of us) yet I was too busy actively searching around it to find something “better, cooler, trendier” to actually realize it. Like most of us, I was distracted by the marketing hype and health halos around all the other health and wellness products out there. This industry is good…I’ll give them that. But keeping up with the latest “this” and “that” takes a lot of energy and mental space. And just like I found myself getting a bit fatigued, I predict others will start to feel & experience the same, if they haven’t begun to do so already.
